Official Rules

We have a few simple rules governing our “Walk-on Tryouts”. Read ‘em and live by ‘em.

1. All auditions will take place Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24 at College Sports Televisionís Chelsea Piers Studios at Pier 60. They will begin at 9 a.m. ET and continue throughout the business day. 

2. In order to participate, all candidates MUST pre-register before midnight June 19. All candidates will be notified ahead of time as to their scheduled audition. We will make every attempt to stick to our pre-arranged schedule, but cannot guarantee any specific time for a candidateís audition.  To pre-register, email us your name, age and zip code.

3. We provide the opportunity and venue, but you have to get yourself here. All candidates will be responsible for their own accommodations, as well as travel to and from the audition.

4.  If youíve got what weíre looking for Ö College Sports Television will bring the winning candidate back for his/her on-air appearance at its own expense.

5. All audition tapes will become property of College Sports Television and will not be distributed to the candidates.  College Sports Television shall have the right to use these tapes on-air and online in all media in perpetuity.

6. Decisions by College Sports Television judges and staff are within their discretion and are final! Donít complain!

7. There is no charge to tryout. You need to be a U.S. resident 18 years of age or older.

8. College Sports Television is an equal opportunity employer.

9. All participants will be required to sign a standard College Sports Television release form prior to their auditions.

10. By participating in the tryouts, you agree to the use of your personal information in a manner consistent with our privacy policy, which you can find on CSTV.com. You also consent to the use of your name, voice and likeness on air and on the site.

11. And finally: No purchase necessary. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
