SLUMBER PARTY AT THE CONVO

|

Northern Illinois Athletics held a girl scout sleepover at the NIU Convocation Center last Saturday, and nearly 100 local girl scouts were able to take part in all the fun at the Convo. The girl scouts, who spent the night in Victor E. Court, played games, performed skits, and participated in arts and crafts, before winding down the night with a movie. NIU student-athletes from the women's basketball, women's soccer, track and field and volleyball teams even stopped by for a pizza party and games with the girl scouts.

Above is a video showing some of the activities these young ladies participated in during their night at the Convo. You can also check out these PHOTOS to catch all the fun the girl scouts had at their slumber party.

We at NIUHuskies.com would like to extend a special thanks to local girl scouts, troop leaders, Huskie student-athletes and NIU Staff who helped make the night a success for all involved!
